"After a long travel day, we were lucky enough to meet the supervisor, Hatice, at the front desk after we checked in. She was extremely welcoming and helpful with any of our requests. The rooms were spotless and beautiful, the spa was immaculate and the service was just outstanding! We are frequent guests of Sofitel in Dubai and San Francisco, so experiencing the wonderful service, especially by Hatice, has made us excited to come back in a few months!"

"The room was great with a nice view of the blue mosque. Breakfast was amazing, especially as the restaurant was on the rooftop. The staff are especially helpful. We were running late to the airport, and they helped us by sorting out the whole process of an airport transfer. Including the best route and cost with the driver which was especially helpful due to the language barrier."

"Everything was perfect, room was cleaning and the staff were cleaned the room everyday, with best breakfast everyday fresh and everything clean. Employees had best customer service only there was a guy don’t know the name but he was very rude he don’t even know how to talk and behave with the guest little dark guy."
