“Our room was on the second floor. My husband is disabled. Came to find out the owner had not maintained the elevator for 4 years because he’s too cheap to apply for inspection it has to be fixed.
Room sleeps 3 and the bed had no blankets sheets or pillows. The very kind kitchen prepper( no staff on hand and no WiFi info) got us a blanket that had a bowling ball size hole right in the middle. We couldn’t get a reservation at Blue Wings Saloon nearby for Valentine’s Day, and the owner / manager made it happen for us - which was a welcome treat after a long day of travel. “The room itself was okay. It was clean. However, The hot tub was closed and half full of green water. The "fireplace" in our room, which iwas a gas powered wood burning stove, didn't work. The bathroom vent fan didn't work. The WiFi was difficult to connect top. No coffee was available in the room or in the lobby. We could feel all the springs in the couch in the room. For $300+ a night, I expected better and I am beyond disappointed.

“The room was clean and cozy, and we really appreciated having access to both a pool and a hot tub. The indoor pool was heated, which made it even better because we were able to enjoy some fun swimming.
They also offered a complimentary breakfast with a good variety of options, including waffles, bagels, English muffins, cereal, oatmeal, eggs, and sausage.
On top of that, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall, we had a great experience and I would definitely book this hotel again.”
