"Everything about the hotel itself was excellent, the property felt very new and clean, rooms were a good size and well equipped. "Upon arrival the staff were friendly and helpful. The private underground parking was great for ease of unloading and accessing the apartment. Whilst the apartment was tidy, we found chewing gum on one of the chairs and the furniture was far from comfortable to sit on - although fine if you are just using it for short periods eating. "To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. Only after we hijacked one of the neighbours keys and left a message through the ski hire guy did we get a call at nearly midnight and finally got let into a room (not the one we booked). They...

"C'est pas le grand luxe du tout, mais c'est dans un immeuble au calme, et avec une belle vue sur la station et le centre de La Clusaz. Le parking souterrain est un petit plus qui fait bien plaisir."

Cependant quelques défauts et il manque la mise à disposition de certains éléments de cuisine indispensables(casserole, torchon, égouttoir pour vaisselle et aliments). En raison des conditions meteo j'ai dû annuler ma venue, ce qui m'a permis de constater que la garantie vendue est une escroquerie de plus (impossible de la renseigner si on n'est pas sur un cas prévu à l'avance.
