- Buena ubicación, estás a 15 / 20 minutos a pie de todos los sitios de interés.

Aspectos negativos:
- Ducha MUY pequeña, te tenías que bañar con la puerta de la ducha abierta porque de otra manera no te podías mover tranquilo. Por otro lado el agua pasaba de quemarte a estar muy fría y se acumulaba el agua en el piso de la ducha.

The location is amazing and we had an incredible view from our balcony.
The room was large, comfortable and clean.
The issue is with the service. I messaged multiple times before arriving to ask for help arranging a transfer from the station. I got no response.
There was nobody at the reception when I came to check in (or ever).
The hotel was advertised as having a pool. It does not have a pool.
Overall we enjoyed our stay but the terrible service took the gloss off ”

We were very out of our comfort zone.
My mother had just come out of 7 days in an Italian hospital with no English.
The cleaning ladies help us feel very welcome. They are super lovely towards us. Even though there was
a language barrier.
The restaurant staff should be promoted as managers as the waiters and waitresses tried very hard to give good service. Managers at the time needed to be……

In più, se si becca un giorno in cui il resort ospita un ricevimento la piscina è disponibile solo fino alle 18:30

“Hotel vieillot,seule la porte fenêtre du balcon de notre chambre vue mer était neuve mais peu efficace contre le bruit!Le parking est vraiment trés étroit et l'ascenseur,extérieur ne fonctionne pas en cas de vent fort.La réceptionniste pourrait être un poil plus souriante alors que les autres membres du personnel sont agréables!Le restaurant à prix relativement doux est bon.”

“We were given a room with no view of the ocean at check in, even though I was sold an ocean view room. It appears many of the rooms at the hotel have their view obstructed by a building in front.
The front desk originally objected, but we were finally given a new room after waiting for an hour and it had a better view. ”
