"The room was modern and beautiful. Everything was clean and thoughtfully presented. The staff was courteous and compassionate. All appliances functioned well. We were able to relax.
The community members responding to my 911 call at 6:30 am worked as a team to help myself and husband. They assisted me in making a plan with the hotel and returned to check on me after my husband was safely in the ER being treated.
When I was able to check out, the hotel staff were gracious and compassionate and extraordinary in their care for us.
All of this was accomplished while their entire community had growing concern about a forest fire that was spreading out of control close by. Everyone we encountered was kind and compassionate. We want everyone to know about this wonderful gem."
