“AMAZING!!! We loved it here! I cannot fully explain just how wonderful this hotel is. We arrived just at the start of the season. Check- in was seamless, with a welcoming drink. Staff then showed us around the hotel, pointing out various areas of interest. Stavros was waiting with the luggage when we arrived at the room. Room- we stayed in a deluxe veranda room initially. Amenities were excellent, flip flops for the beach, daily restock of water. Every room has chairs and a table on the……

“We really enjoyed our staying. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance and the beach was right across the street. The pool area was impeccably clean and a very nice relaxing area to stay in. Breakfast every morning was delightful and the ability to make your own Greek coffee in the sand was an exciting addition to the day. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.”

“The staff at the reception and at breakfast were polite. The room I stayed in was small. The headboard is not attached to the bed, so when you want to read or watch TV it moves. The air conditioning is noisy. The gym satisfied me with the good quality machines it had. The coffee and drinks area was excellent.”

“1920 Classic is situated excellently in the centre of Kalamata! The place was beautiful, beds were comfy and it was well maintained with restaurants, markets and plenty of more things to see/explore. It was not too far from the boardwalk (30 min walk) . Although we only stayed for a night, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone interested in staying in the Kalamata area!”

“Perfekte Lage in der Stadt, liegt ideal zwischen Altstadt und dem neueren Teil der Stadt; sehr nahe zum Stadtbus für den Strand. Frühstück wunderbar, abwechslungsreich und liebevoll. Sehr schöne Räume mit individuell ausgewählter Ausstattung. Äusserst nette Besitzer, sehr hilfsbereit und präsent. Sogar Parkplatz war vorhanden trotz autofreier Gegend. Wir würden in kein anderes Hotel in Kalamata gehen wollen.”

Property was close enough to Kalamata for day trips without hanging to stay in the hustle and bustle. Food was excellent!! I cannot say enough good things about this resort, especially Elina and Angel. Miss them both already!”
