「Very good value for money! Starting from checkin staff was amazing, friendly and warm, I felt home! Room is clean and room service is amazing, the guy on the room service is super helpful despite the language differences he was able always to communicate and keep the room clean with full amenities. Breakfast doesn’t have varieties and no much to eat for me other than coffee, cheese and turkey, there are other few options and fruits for others but no complaints given it’s a free breakfast already...

「Didn't realize this was the same horrible "management" as for prior stay, so endured same horrible property conditions again. Much equipment didn't work, NO attempt to fix anything, rude "help", no airport meet as promised, no change of linens after 2 days, (as promised!). I'd never stay at any of these "Suites" properties in Quito ever again & strongly recommend all these be avoided, so they don't ruin other people's trips as they did mine.」

「I left too early for breakfast but had a wonderful $10 meal the evening before. The bungalow was not very big but plenty of room for myself and everything I needed was there. It was wrong, comfortable with DIRECTV and a hot shower. They arranged a $10 taxi ride to the airport, which took less than 15 minutes. The driver was there well before pick up time. Check out was simple and easy. We will be happy to stay there again on my next trip through Quito. 」
