「Worst customer service I have ever experienced. First room, the tub faucet had steady water leak and bathroom floor was very weak and felt like you would fall through floor when stepped on. We ask for another room and that room was dirty and had no bed coverings. Then we had to ask for another room. We were never given an apology at all at any of the 3 times we had to change rooms - he acted completely bothered and was very rude during the whole experience. I would never recommend this...
