Our room was perfect. The bed was comfortable. It was super closer to our concert and lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. I would choose this location again if I end up back in the area.

My room was clean but outdated. The ceiling fan plate in the bathroom was on the floor and the grout around the shower surroundings was rusted. In need of an update.

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from the moment we checked in. The sheets on our bed had visible stains, which raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and sanitation of the room. We expect fresh, clean bedding when paying for a hotel stay, and this was not the standard we anticipated. I took photos and videos documenting the condition of the sheets. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses its housekeeping procedures to ensure future guests have a cleaner, more comfortable experience.

I booked this with high expectations. I have heard good things about it for years. But the drain in the bathroom was broken, and the shower had an unsightly mark in it. A fire alarm went off in the night, and there are rain tracks nearby! The bed was awful too! Just not at all what I expected.
