“I forgot to put the tag on my door handle, so the housekeeper started banging on my door at 8:30am on a Saturday! Not just once, but several times so that I had to get out of bed to tell her I was still sleeping! That was incredibly rude, and I couldn't get back to sleep. Terrible.

He quickly found a different room to put us in and that room still had garbage in one of the cans. There was no soap in the bathroom to wash our hands with. I feel we should have gotten SOMETHING....literally anything for the inconvenience of getting into a room that was never cleaned.”
