The upper floor comprises several well-appointed rooms, including a 12 square meter room with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), a private bathroom, electric heating, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, as well as access to a terrace. There are three additional rooms on this level, each measuring 10 square meters, with varying bed configurations ranging from a French bed to two standard beds, and equipped with private bathrooms, double hand basins, heating, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. These rooms also offer access to the terrace. The villa also features a larger 35 square meter room with sloping ceilings, accommodating three beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), electric heating, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, furnished in a comfortable country house style.
