“The host is friendly and even let us visit their small horses and their dogs. They left snacks, coffee and even some eggs from their chickens. If you don't like lots of people and noise, this is the place for you. Be aware that it has steps, a high step over tub with no grab handles, and is a little slippery. It has one bed and a sleeper sofa. The bedroom is open to the living room/kitchen to allow air flow from the air conditioner/heater in the bedroom. ”

“I fell in love with this place when I found the listing on VRBO. The host did an excellent job describing the property and the proximity to the traffic, which we did not find to be much of a bother, although it was present as noted. THAT BATHTUB!! Dreamy and equipped with complimentary bubble bath and epsom salts! Nice touch! Having the ability to do laundry was also great. Actually going home from a vacation without a huge trash bag full of dirty stuff. Anytime I asked the host about things……

“The views of the river were great. But the bed was really bad as was the couch. There are some structural issues that if not addressed soon are going to cause some serious issues.”

“We loved the cozy basement apartment for our stay. It has the best showers and the house has everything said in the description. The owners were so kind and respectful. Upon arrival the showed us where we could find all the lakes toys and amenities. It was an excellent stay.”

“The house was very comfy very quiet outside you couldn’t hear nothing. The patio was awesome. We could sit out there all night and talk and not bother anyone the beds were very comfortable. The main thing is the place was spotless.! we had stopped and got a few things like soap and shampoo and paper towels all that was here already!”
