「Outstanding lodge and quite possibly the best in New Zealand ! Very comfortable, well equipped with high quality amenities. The hosts were spectacularly welcoming and hospitable. Arrived with the intention of staying one night, tore myself away after 10 nights ! More than 100% recommendation. Not to be missed if you visit Southland.」

「I stayed here after tramping of routeburn track.
I was so exthousted after walking over 15km under the sun, the staff kindly welcomed us.
Everything I experienced here was so beautiful and comforting.
Fortunatly, the weather was fine so we could view the exquisit view of the mountains and lake.
The design of room was so streamline and was completely cleaned.
Their service was awesome, all staff was gentle.
I'm sure I will never forget this precious experience.
