They do not have dedicated parking but there was never any shortage of available free on street parking within a few hundred feet of the front door and we were there during 4th of July weekend. There is a secure parking garage 400 feet away and tons of public metered parking downtown if necessary. Almost everything we wanted to do in Newburyport was within walking distance of Cutwater which kept our weekend really relaxed. The suite……

“First of all, if you book this property you're going to get hundreds of messages from the host prior to even going with several forms to fill out and online check-ins to complete and upgrades to buy, etc. We paid $269 for one night plus an extra $50 for a pet plus they then wanted extra money to check in early or check out late or reserve parking because there's only 3 parking spots in the back (for A LOT of rooms). “Everything was great. The place was clean. Nobody bothers you, and it's very private with a great deck.”

“Our family was extremely disappointed with our stay. We picked this hotel specifically, due to the listing indicating that the hotel had a pool. This was extremely important for our stay considering my son is autistic and requires sensory relief. The listing is false advertisement. Tim, who worked at the front desk did not handle the situation properly, not only did he offer no compensation and/or token of apology, but laughed in our faces when we were visibly upset about the circumstances.……

“Red Stains on carpet, says quiet time is 7pm-9am yet riff raff were out in parking lot till 4 am jamming out partying… Showers were clean tho and towels and sheets were clean but bed spread also had stains. Given two key cards and only one worked, of course that’s the one we had grabbed when we went down to pool”

“We checked in. And they said we were all set. Then two hours later they called me and said “we have you the wrong key to the wrong house” when we walk back to the check in they tell us because of they’re mistake they took all of our stuff in the rooms and moved it to the other room, then they also found our car keys and moved our car. And they did all this without telling or asking us first. The photos on the website come from multiple different locations. And you don’t know wich location you……

“The room was quit quaint with just enough room for the 2 of us in the Queen room. Everything looked nice and clean but a little dated. The pool was great and the location was fantastic, the beach was just one block away. The staff in the office were very nice!! There were 2 chairs and a little table that we could sit at just outside our door. We would go back!!”
