"Three staff ignored the waiting line for check-in while one kiosk was tied up with resolving a guest issue. There was no body wash or shampoo in the bathroom dispensers. The toilet made a horrible groaning noise every flush. Hardly deserves the name Hilton."

"I would give it five star but unfortunately there’s one thing that i disliked. everything about the hotel was nice, they even give a paper with all of the local restaurants and things to do in the area along with having a bar. the room was clean and accessible and very accommodating however my dislike is that the accessibility rooms are for some reason on the top floor and in the very back compared to the elevator. i was made aware of this though before arrival by the wonderful staff- i just don’t understand why the accessibility rooms are the furtherest walking distance in the hotel which can pose a problem to others with mobility issues (this includes being fully carpeted which would also be more difficult for wheelchair users) "
