“Cathy was very friendly and the site is very welcoming. She invited us to meet her horses while staying, which our son loved, and brought us fresh fruit during our stay. The site is quiet, peaceful and pet friendly. We were in a large 13'6" high super C and found it easy to enter and exit the site even at 39' feet while towing a 25" trailer. We will be back.”

“When I opened the door I noticed right away the place was very clean. The kitchen is well stocked as is the bathroom toiletries. I reached out to the owner and she responded within minutes. Communications are 5 stars. The property is well maintained. The neighbors we met where very nice and easy to get alone with. Which is a plus. Washer and dryer worked great for us. If you want a quiet place on the river this is your spot. .”

“Very nicely decorated 3/2 manufactured home! Really loved the layout and the master suite is massive! That shower, tub, and bedroom is sooooo nice! However, I think the water is well water or reclaimed and has a funky smell, but thats the only complaint. It's on a dirt road that I don't think is mentioned, but that dirt is well packed to bring a trailer across.”

“I was greeted once I came up the drive. Very friendly people. My cabin was very clean and I loved how peaceful it was. I would recommend this place versus staying anywhere else. It’s not everyday you wake up to roosters.. I loved it.. Thank you”

“Clean, nicely appointed house with nice amenities. All the little extras you did not think or forgot to bring. A small charcoal grill, wood for fire pit, even fishing poles for the pond! The massage chair and retro style video game arcade are nice touches. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our host was responsive to questions and attended to every detail. Would definitely stay here again!”

“This home was PERFECT for us!! Two youth baseball coaches and two youth baseball players. Location is out of town yet close to everything. The man cave put it over the top!! I would definitely stay here again!”

“Was looking for a retreat from suburban life and found tranquility here. Was nice to sit back and relax after my bike rides. Loved sitting on the porch late afternoons, playing with Shin, feeding the horses & chickens.”

“Front desk & overall property, room, price, and location (near Jennings GP track) are all satisfactory. Property around the building itself a little rough around the edges, but you can tell that they at least tried to renovate it. The tub in my room (123) looks quite weathered, but at least clean. The room floor could use a decent mop, because my feet were brown from walking around. ”

“It feels like a new property they offered coffee 24 hours. It was very clean comfortable we were in a king suite and it was at a quick first day. The only thing that I found missing was in-room room safe. Breakfast included very nice with fresh pancakes. ”
