Everything worked. The lady that checked me in went with me to the room and checked to make sure everything was in working order(nice touch). The room was clean enough, not much in the way of amenities as was advertised on this site. The location is convenient to anything you need to get to. For the price, it was a very good experience, I will go back.

The best thing was the bed, which was comfortable. New towels and rags were provided. For two days/nights, I had no hot water in the shower.. lukewarm water in the sink, where I washed. Furniture was old with missing drawers. What pissed me off was returning to the room after visitation family all day Saturday, and finding the door was unlocked. I am glad I had my valuables in the car with me. No. I will never stay there again.

Don’t stay here

Stay was terrible. Room was dumpy, noisy, toilet didn’t flush, highway noise was nonstop, TV turned on but screen was just snow, sheets had stains, didn’t look like bedding was changed and room was dirty.

Scary customer service

Scary location. Advertised 2 king beds arrive to find out only 2 queen beds. After going 20 miles out of the way. Building looked like hotel from horror movies.

Avoid Live Oak

The hotel is very dated and the cleanliness was suspect. Our room was well over 100 degrees when we checked in and the staff could not turn on the A/C. The bed was comfortable, but road noise and neighbor"s noise woke us several times. Communicating with the lady at the front desk was a challenge due to language. Avoid Live Oak.

Will not be back! Was told we didn’t have reservation. Room had nothing, probably afraid the amenities will get stolen. A lot of foot traffic all night long. Smell of cannabis everywhere and a young lady walking around the premises at night with a baseball bat.

They let us check in super early but hardly any of the power outlets worked. They only hand one towel per room and only one wash cloth. No soap. No ice machine. Not a good place to stay and fill clean.

For the price, you get what you get really. The fridge in our room didn’t work and leaked water all over the room. When it finally kicked on it froze everything. the AC’s don’t work the best and it was hard to receive fresh towels. You could tell housekeeping did the bare minimum with cleaning as we found left over things in drawers, dirt on floor & stained sheets.

When we arrived, they didn't have the room available that I booked. I was told that it was Expedia's fault for overbooking. When we got to our room, the bed looked made, but when we pulled back the sheets, there was hair on the sheets. I was then charged the refund for the deposit instead of receiving a refund. Person at the desk was nice but was the cleaning person and not sure how to handle the issues. She called the owner who wasn't concerned about the issues.

Among the worsed we've experienced

I don't usually rate places this low but this was gross. From check in, lady spoke NO English, as we were bringing bags into the room, she started spraying febreeze over the bed & in the air. Floors have not been swept and there was pee in the toilet from last quest. TV/remote didn't work. The bed sheets were stained and dirty while pulling back the blankets. Sign on the door said to watch for human traffickers at that hotel. There was no soaps at all provided, & we were given only 1 towel & 1 wash cloth at check in to share. And no breakfast at all. Over all, if you can avoid this hotel, please find other accommodations.
