First Hill Historic Hotel

"I was pleasantly surprised! I had never heard of this hotel chain - but will be staying again! "

"No one would answer front desk and extremely unprofessional everytime I would ask a question or had a concern, this is not okay because I am new to the city and chose this place as my stay "

"The location is great. Lobby area is small but cute. The room was very average and looked very dated. There was a blood spladder on the ceiling and the grout on the bathroom floor was dirty. The shower water backed up while showered but did let the front desk know and they fixed the problem. "

"Fabulous stay! Kind staff. Safe entry (needed a room key to enter the building). The only reason i rated it a 4/5 is the $25/ day free for location on top of the daily taxes, etc. "

"Place is OK but the Internet is unreasonably slow and unstable, and when I asked the front desk for help they just sent me to deal with the Internet provide directly, which I I don’t think indicating good service. The gym is just ok but really basic. If you are going to for a business trip I’d look for a different place."

"Clean room, friendly, and helpful staff. We walked to the Space needle and it was less than 15 min walk. There is several cafes, bars, and restaurants in a walking distance. Would stay again if in Seattle. "

"The property is fantastic, clean, spacious, inviting and very taken care of. The staff were great, professional, courteous and the Elevation staff specifically were top of the line and really took care of me. The room was clean, the space was extremely large for a standard room. And I believe the floor was hardwood, it was nice not to be completely carpeted. The only reason I took a star off was because of the light coming through the edges of the room door, there are sizeable gaps in the sides and bottom and it lets a lot of light in. A little bit of light does come through the curtains but only from the top and bottom. Overall the stay was fantastic, beds were also extremely comfortable. "

"Only issue was one of the elevators was broken and seem to have no one coming to fix it as it was out of order all week."
