We all used one towel the first night, but the next morning the front desk gave us 3 more and apologized for the inconvenience. “Nice small boutique hotel with a old world style and furnishings. My room was small, but well appointed. Only wish the shower was nicer. Well located in the historic Over-The-Rhine neighborhood.”

TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience”

“The host was unfriendly and targeting. After receiving paid confirmation, the host called and inquired on the reason for stay and adamantly referred to the community as “protected” with closely monitored noise ordinances. Mind you, the apartment is directly across for the stadium. The area is riddled with the homeless population. Another conversation centered around “no parties” allowed and strict guest limits. At no time did we discuss or suggest we were having a get together and our……

The Staff was the most friendly staff ever, rooms were very clean and nice, gym had the necessities, breakfast was great that was included and so many places to eat and shop on same street! Definitely recommend!”

“Nice hotel and ok continnental breakfast. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Challenge comes to having your room serviced. Cleaning staff do not communicate well with hotel staff. Even leaving a do not disturb sign in side the room does not guarantee your room will be serviced. On our stay of 7 nights we were only able to get our room serviced on the 6th night. This happened only after several requests for service were made. Most frustrating.”
