“Clean room. Bed was comfortable. Check in was easy. Shower had hot water for a long time. Would stay again. ”

“I recently stayed at this hotel for CMA Fest and the location was perfect! Super close to Broadway and the golf cart shuttle was a nice touch! This hotel was super clean and the staff were awesome! We did have a few issues with the fridge in our room but the staff were very attentive in getting it resolved as quickly as possible. I would definitely stay here again!”

“First of all it is not a Clarion but is now a Holiday Inn Express and Orbitz doesn’t notify you of changes like that. The neighborhood is not great didn’t feel safe to walk the .7 of a mile to Nissan Stadium. Most all of the staff was very helpful and nice, but the Housekeeping staff was rude and unhelpful. In fact they would lie to their supervisor if you asked to have your room cleaned at a later time. ”

“They are very kind and willing to work with you on any accomodations, they helped me get my money back on a night i wasn’t able to check in. Really appreciate the manager!”

“They were in the middle of renovations so gave them the benefit of the doubt, there was a lack of electrical outlets and a hole in the wall from our room the room next door we blocked off with our suitcase that I hope are fixed with the renovation. The lobby was beautiful and the pool/game area was great. Breakfast was average staff was AMAZING! Only other issue we had is we ordered an Uber as we we were pulling out the shuttle driver decided to start driving we assumed they didn’t see us let……

“2-3 blocks from Broadway and all the action. The manager Terry was ver accommodating. When I told her we were celebrating my husbands 60th birthday, she offered to decorate our room & have the others coming in close by. The last day we were there she added some fun games in the lobby bar & that was cool. The pizza place next door is Amazing, convenient & open til 5am for your dining pleasure. :)”

“Breakfast need to be improved. No free parking area.”

“Comfortable beds, clean rooms, great complimentary breakfast, and happy hour. The only inconvenience was the elevators could not keep up- long elevator waits. We are not opposed to stairs at all but being on the 19th floor, we only made that trek up and down once. ”

“The complementary shuttle that runs from 7:30 in the morning to 10:30 at night is by far the best thing about this property. Also, the general proximity to downtown of about a 5 to 10 minute ride without the high downtown hotel rates is great. The hotel itself is showing his age in numerous ways, but if you focus on those positives, it’s a good option. I would stay here again if the rates remain reasonable. ”
