“Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Which makes this review hard. But it’s necessary to warn other paying customers. The hotel itself is very old and rundown. I took pics but won’t share and embarrass the owners. My advice don’t waste your money. You will def be dissatisfied. Don’t say you weren’t warned. Nothing about the hotel is standard in a proper establishment. Owners need to do better. Pics online are deceiving. I hope owners dispute my claims. Then I will post pics from……

“I was welcomed like a friend the moment I walked through the door, unpretentious and genuinely warm. The house is charming and full of history. It's a Victorian home built by a shipbuilder in the 1800s. There's something pretty special about staying somewhere with that much history. The comfort matched the character of the place, and the homemade baking alone is worth the visit. When I had to leave before the crack of dawn to catch a flight, there was a box waiting for me with a packed breakfast……
