“Resevered an apartment with them for a school event received confirmation and the day of check in they could not find a reservation at all despite me having already been charged...their solution was to book a different available unit as they had several available, however, when the booking site contacted them they were told nothing was available...this resulted in a lot of food waste as i had brought things with me to put in the fridge. I was forced into a hotel with no fridge instead so on top……

“Our stay at The Village Indy was great! The apartment was clean, cozy, and the bed was super comfortable, we slept pretty well. The staff were friendly and responsive, which made check-in via messaging easy. The location was close to downtown and convenient for getting around although there’s a bit of street noise at times (city life!), but overall, it didn’t take away from how comfortable and relaxing the place was. Definitely a good spot if you want a comfortable stay near the convention……

“The apartment was clean and comfortable. Walkable to all event centers, downtown and restaurants. We did have trouble with our key fob on the second night. But even at midnight a gentleman talk with me and got us a new one in about 10 minutes. Parking was a little stressful at first but once we got the app and figured it out all was well. “Excellent place to stay right across from the event center we were attending. Beautiful suite albeit a bit pricey. Plenty of restaurants to chose from within walking distance and parking in the garage was free. The only wrinkle was the “free parking” was $40. A quick call to customer service and it was decided we would pay the charge to be released from the garage and the fee would be refunded promptly. Less than a week and the refund is on the way.
