Great clean room,staff amazing.

This is my third stay at Nesuto. The first two times were wonderful - I was upgraded on my first visit to a huge 3 bedroom apt because the studios were being painted. The second time I got a large studio in great condition with a fantastic view of the City at night. This time , however I had what looked like a neglected studio with the kitchen counter surface peeling off, no plug for either the kitchen sink or the bathroom basin( I did get one when I asked). When I mentioned on my first day that I could not connect to the internet even though I was connected to Nesuto ‘s guest server I was rudely told that no one else had complained so it must be because I had an IPhone ( the trainee sitting next to the receptionist was also unable to connect on her iPhone. ) No one offered to check the system. I had to rely on my Mobile Data and nearby cafes for Internet. I discovered that the unit I was in was currently for sale which might account for the huge decline in the quality and general condition of the unit. It’s a pity to see that management has allowed this situation. The owner obviously didn’t want to spend any money doing it up before selling . It’s a great location ( even though my Sydney friends warned me the area is dangerous at night). I never had any bad experiences even coming home late at night and it’s so convenient to everything.

The hotel was perfectly located, excellent staff and amenities. The only thing I took issue with was that when booking I selected Xcover insurance under the proviso I could cancel the insurance for full refund right up to 8th July. I sent an email on 1st July advising my intent to cancel the insurance, I heard nothing….. I sent at least 3 follow up emails asking for assistance in order to cancel before the 8th July. I have still not heard anything. I felt I was mislead with the ability to cancel this insurance when it was offered/sold by Expedia. I have a copy of all my attempts to contact XCover if you would like to look into it.
