「My bed it was the only complaint very noise, need a ne bed overall mattress and frame room was excellent and pillows were great. best stay in Turks the beach area its amazing and large beach area, other hotels near by the beach area its very small. we will be back soon !」

「I did not even stay at this property. Even though listing was up on expedia, as soon as I booked, the hotel sent me a message saying it is not available. I've asked for help to cancel to get my money back, they told me to contact Expedia. Fair enough, I've contacted expedia explained the situation. Expedia said they could not contact the hotel and did not refund my money. A service I didn't even use!! Hotel didn't move a finger to help.
