This charming cottage in impeccable condition in Sandy Point is a cozy retreat for guests looking to unwind. The bedroom features a comfortable king bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep. The living room offers a soothing atmosphere, with a sofa bed for additional guests. The bathroom includes a relaxing bathtub and a hair dryer for convenience. The cottage is spacious with very high vaulted ceiling and ceiling fans and central a/c. The cottage is in a secluded private development including a large pool, tennis and basketball court. It is a 2 minute walk to the most spectacular beach with views of the breath taking 3 Mary Cay. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.

My partner and I stayed here while visiting North Caicos and were extremely pleased with the location, the cleanliness of the villa, and the surrounding area. The property is just a 1-minute drive or a 5-minute bike ride to a gorgeous, secluded beach, and about a 20-minute drive to nearby restaurants. This villa does require a ferry ride between Providenciales and North Caicos, and Ransel, the property manager, was exceptionally courteous and supportive in helping arrange transportation and rides. He was always responsive and quick to address any questions or concerns. We would highly recommend this property to anyone considering a visit to the island and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Michael and Ransel!
