“I did not even stay at this property. Even though listing was up on expedia, as soon as I booked, the hotel sent me a message saying it is not available. I've asked for help to cancel to get my money back, they told me to contact Expedia. Fair enough, I've contacted expedia explained the situation. “The proper grounds are beautiful with numerous quiet places to relax or read. The room had a spectacular view of a pool and beach! It isn’t peak season so it wasn’t crowded at all. We had breakfast and dinner at Hemmingways which is one of our favorite restaurants on the island. I love it here and can’t wait to go back! ”

“Check in was simple. Received and email the day before trip with check in instructions and directions. The property was well maintained. Enjoyed having the swimming pool and private access to the beach. This side of Grace Bay has less crowds than the east side.
