「The hotel is big with lots of rooms but the rooms are arranged in a way that there are lots of corridors and it may be difficult to locate a room.
Rooms are clean and stylish, with reasonable space in this expensive city. Room facilities are also good.
However, staff if the reception is not helpful. We asked for their help to call taxi to go to airport on our date of departure but he seemed not willing to do so. Although he agreed to call taxi for us, we eventually waited for half an hour with...

「I don't know whether the hotel has upgraded my room or not. The room was at the end of the corridor which has a fantastic and wonderful 180 degree view (3 different directions) of andalsnes. The breakfast was very good and there is coffee maker in the room.
The hotel was located in a higher level of andalsnes. So you need to carry your luggage uphill if you arrive andalsnes by train or by bus in andalsnes station. Fortunately, I travelled from molde to andalsnes by bus. So that I can get off...
