“We always stay at this hotel when visiting ETSU. Very clean, great breakfast and every one of the staff are friendly. You can tell they enjoy working there because you hear how friendly they are with each other as well. We don’t stay anywhere else.”

“Bed was comfy, but rooms were stark and noisy (no carpet). Cold, blue/white lighting everywhere made it seem more clinical than cozy, even in the bedroom. The front office staff was nice but he had his hands full. (understaffed?) Now on to the breakfast...
The oatmeal was so old that it had dried up hard, I mean crispy in the pot! The cereal (Raisin Bran or Cap'n Crunch with Crunch Berries?) was so crunched up is was a bowl of raisin bran powder with raisins in it. Of course it turned to mush……

“Staff were nice to talk too and friendly. My hotel room’s walls had paint peeling and carpet was frayed at manny spots. Wifi was solid and bed was nice. ”
