「The hotel staff were very welcoming, and the shuttle service to and from the airport was extremely convenient. However, the cleanliness inside the room was mediocre; the chairs were dusty, I spotted a cockroach in the bathroom, and there was no place to charge devices right next to the bed, which was quite inconvenient.」

「The bed design is terrible. The place where your feet go is under the bed. You can easily bump into it without any warning. My sister and I both got bumped. My sister's ankle swelled up a lot. I told the front desk about it, but their attitude was not good.」
