Perfection

Waking up each morning to the sun rising over a herd of elk is ideal. Large, comfortable home with all the extras you can think of. Check-out was a breeze. 10/10.

Loved the cabin. It isn't as remote as the pictures make it seem. It is right off a very busy 2 lane highway. The night sky is wonderful. Clean property. When we arrived, the back door was open slighlty and unlocked. There's another back door that was not locked and won't locked. I contacted the property manager about this over the text number they.give and.recieved no response. I then emailed and got a response and was told I had to just lift the handle and lock. This didn't work. It felt like a safe area, but doors should lock. Especially when we're leaving the property to go do things with our stuff inside. There was also a hall closet that was locked but had a light on inside. It was just uncomfortable in a pitch black house at night. It rained much of our stay, so we couldn't fully enjoy all the property had to.offer. we would stay again if the open and unlocked door issues got addressed.

Property was awesome, property management company horrible. When we arrived the temperature was 91 degrees, thermostat was locked on Heat. I called them to report my issue, they wanted me to fix it on my own, send them pictures, then told me I would have to wait till the next day. I waited, I called again explaining it was not my property and I did not know how to unlock the system to cool, finally someone was sent to fix it. No I am sorry, for your discomfort or added stress for the issues they refused to handle.
