The cabin was charming. Kids loved the “cabin vibe” and my spouse and I enjoyed the spacious master bed and bathroom. The outside deck area was used often to relax or eat outside. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was fully capable to prepare any meal

Dream stay!

The Blue Spruce Chalet offers breathtaking views, crisp clean mountain air, and plenty of room for a large family gathering. Sandra Smith is a wonderfully accommodating host. She helped us out of a terrible VRBO last minute no warning host cancellation over the NAU graduation weekend. I wish I had booked with her from the beginning. She, her beautiful chalet, and wonderful views made our family celebration a fantastic memory. Thank you for our 5 star dream stay!

Amazing mountain cabin

We stayed 5 nights at Sandra's cabin. It was our central camp to the Arizona Snowbowl (only 15 minutes up the mountain), the Grand Canyon, the Petrified Forest, Sedona, Wupatki National Monument and Sunset Volcano Crater. We did it all in 6 days! We were blown away by the gorgeous view of San Francisco Mountain from the master bedroom and the main living space. There was plenty of square footage to spread out for our family of five. Instacart and DoorDash delivery was a breeze to the address from Flagstaff. Thank you Sandra for sharing your piece of heaven with us!

Spring Break Snowy Getaway

Everyone in our group (kids included) loved the chalet. Uniquely built over the years giving it warm quirky style. Wood burning furnace kept us nice and toasty as we were delighted to enjoy a foot of snow while there. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful star gazing. Great weekend for all in our group.

Perfect vacation home for families

We enjoyed our first stay so much we had return. Great location at base of Snowbowl, convenient for ski trip. Quiet, peaceful, minutes from town. Entire home fully stocked. Detailed attention to making the chalet feel like a home away from home. Very spacious and open. Excellent communication!

EXCELLENT PERFECT LOCATION

The chalet was spacious giving plenty of privacy to all guests. Common rooms are perfect for spending time together. Everything had detailed instructions. Loved everything about the chalet and hosts responsiveness.

Perfect Northern Arizona Homebase

I stayed with my family for a few days after Christmas and we all loved this place. The home is very roomy so there was plenty of space for the five of us to relax. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of space to prepare meals. This home has a great location just northwest of Flagstaff. Just a few minutes from the road up to Snowbowl, about 15 minutes to downtown Flagstaff, and just over an hour from the Grand Canyon. Highly recommend and we're looking forward to our next visit.

Beautiful

Clean and spacious. Even more beautiful than pictures looked. Amazing views. Well stocked. Very close to snowbowl. Not far to go into town for dinner/supplies. Happy family memories.

Wonderful in every way

We absolutely loved our stay. The home is so comfortable to include all of the sleeping options. The kitchen is fully stocked. We were never bored. It doesn't get better than the blue spruce cabin!

Beautiful Home!

This place was immaculate! The pictures Do no justice! Plenty of space and lots to do in the area! Host was very accommodating answered fast when I reached out about some questions! I would definitely recommend staying here! We will definitely be coming back Again.

Perfect cabin for a winter wonderland

This cabin has stunning views and very comfortable feel. Master bedroom: comfortable bed, unbelievable view, nice bathroom with giant tub (no shower - there is a shower in the main bathroom) and fire place that heats the room. Second bedroom is a nice size Kitchen: fully stocked with coffee maker, blender, think I even saw a crockpot. Plenty of cooking and baking pans. The gas stove is beautiful and works wonderfully. Very easy to cook food for groups. There is a loft and the kids loved having a special space. There is also an apartment but we didn’t use it or see it. Very easy to play in snow outside and plenty of room! Host was pleasant and made the entire process simple and easy. Notes though out the house made it easy to know how to work the home. They had the driveway plowed and made everything easy for us phoenix peeps who have no idea what we are doing in cold snowy weather. This is clearly a loved home and it was a pleasure to stay there with friends and kids.
