“I physically cannot express my displeasure with this place. Staff are useless don't help in the slightest. The list of things included is a total lie. The kitchen appliances don't work properly, the TV broke and they don't even try to rectify this and they don't provide the basics such as towels for showering and toilet paper. At the end of our stay we were told to clean the house basically from top to bottom which means they don't then clean after us, bearing in mind the house was dusy and……

It's perfectly located for exploring the area — we visited Plopsaland, Veurne, Ypres, Bruges, and even made a quick trip to Ghent.Veurne, with its supermarkets and restaurants, is just a 10-minute drive away.
