With a lovely lakeside setting surrounded by trees, you’ve found the perfect launching pad for your western North Carolina vacation! This studio condo sits 30 miles south of Asheville, just north of the South Carolina border, and is surrounded by hiking trails and waterfalls, as well as plenty of local breweries and restaurants when it’s time for a post-hike beverage. Condo amenities include an outdoor pool, tennis court, gym, kayaks for exploring Jordans Lake, a small, private beach, and a shared fire pit, perfect for roasting marshmallows. Enjoy the lake view from your front porch, then step inside, where you’ll find a comfortable studio space with a full kitchen, small dining table, two comfortable queen beds, and a streaming-capable TV. Adventures await - all that’s left to do is book!

Things to Know
This home is in a shared, quiet community. .Two canoes are provided. The pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Streaming services are available using your own account.Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. All Vacasa properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.




Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
