"We had the best time here celebrating my husband’s birthday. It was beautiful inside and outside. The first night a family of moose came to lounge in the backyard and stayed the whole time. The owner dropped by and he was so kind. We loved our stay here and we will definitely be back!! "

"Balsam Wood is Such a beautiful property! This cabin is so cozy and perfect for a getaway or family gathering. The wrap around patio is a dream, and we noticed everyone gravitated to hang there. The views are INCREDIBLE. truly couldn’t find something with a better view.We went is August, And there were plenty of fans to keep the house cool. Totally stocked with blankets, plenty of towels, everything you’d need in the kitchen, and even had condiments in the fridge.The hosts were so great at communicating in the weeks leading up to our visit. And checked in on us throughout our stay. Checkout process was super easy. Loved everything about our stay."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sundance at this very comfortable house. It has great spaces where our family could gather and we did a lot of cooking on the grill and the well-equipped kitchen. We balanced relaxing at the house with all the close by activities available, hiking, zip lining and mountain top yoga! The setting is so beautiful. If you are looking for a fun and peaceful vacation this is it."

"Stayed for 2 nights during spring break. Our family loved the cabin. Highlights included: nice hot tub, basement arcade games, outdoor tree swing, fun loft, and lots of space to hang out and play. The proximity to Sundance Resort was a big plus - really convenient to come and go throughout the day for spring skiing. Host communicated well, and had a really clear/helpful guide for checkin, stay, and checkout. Would absolutely recommend and stay again!"
