Welcome to Borrowed Time! The perfect mountain escape for families and groups. After a day of hiking, skiing, or cheering at an App State game, come back to relax with stunning views, a hot tub, and cozy spaces for everyone. Enjoy time together inside or take in the mountain air outdoors.

This home puts you in a prime spot to enjoy the High Country. Access the Blue Ridge Parkway in just five minutes for scenic drives and amazing hikes. Boone and Appalachian State University are 15 minutes away, and Blowing Rock is only 25 minutes for shopping, dining, and exploring. Winter fun is close too, with App Ski Mountain just 30 minutes from your door.

Great location and views

Everything was as advertised. Location was convenient to both Boone and the Sky Retreat venue.Did have a few issues at the beginning of the stay however both the cleaning/maintenance person and the manager(s) responded to my concerns promptly.
