The cottage has two bedrooms (both with Queen size beds), one full bathroom with shower/tub, and a great room consisting of kitchen, dining and living areas. There is a woodstove fireplace in the center of the great room. Hardwood bamboo floors and modern Mid-Century furnishings, and High-Speed Wifi Internet throughout the cottage.

The living room has sliding glass doors that open onto a deck that features stunning mountain views, and open fields, with a fire pit.
This cottage is a short drive to Phoenicia, Woodstock, Andes, and Margaretville for shopping, dining, antiquing, skiing and river tubing.

For skiing, the house is centrally located and close to Belleayre, Hunter Mountain, Windham, and Plattekill.
