Wir verbrachten einen wirklich reizvollen Aufenthalt in diesem charmanten kleinen Haus. Alles verlief reibungslos von Anfang bis Ende – die Ankunft war einfach und die Anweisungen waren klar und hilfreich. Die Unterkunft selbst ist voller Charakter und hatte alles, was wir brauchten, einschließlich einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche. Eines der Highlights war die Dachterrasse, die wir dank des schönen Wetters während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr genossen haben. Die Lage eignet sich ideal für Erkundungstouren in Flensburg, egal ob du durch die Altstadt schlendern, am Hafen entlang spazieren oder einfach nur die lokale Atmosphäre genießen möchtest. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Schönes Haus, Erdgeschoss dringend sanierungsbedürftig

Das Haus an sich ist ansprechend und gemütlich eingerichtet. Ein Hinweis auf die steilen Treppen - ähnlich wie für die genannten niedrigen Durchgangshöhen - wäre sinnvoll. Leider hat das Haus gerade im unteren Stockwerk Feuchtigkeitsschäden, die den Aufenthalt sehr beeinträchtigt haben. Schon beim ersten Betreten der Wohnung kam uns ein modriger Geruch entgegen, der sich immerhin auf das Erdgeschoß beschränkte. Nach wenigen Tagen zeigten sich an verschiedenen Stellen großflächige Stockflecken, die vermutlich kurz zuvor überstrichen worden waren. An anderen Stellen (Bad, Küche, Kamin) blätterte bald die Farbe ab. Manche Stellen waren durch Dekoartikel zugestellt. Der bereitgestellte Luftentfeuchter war keine Hilfe. Trotz konsequentem Lüften mussten wir unseren Aufenthalt in der Küche auf das notwendige Minimum beschränken. Zusammenfassend sind wir der Meinung, dass bei diesen - eventuell nur aktuellen - Beeinträchtigungen der Preis nicht angemessen ist.

Die zentrale Lage ist einfach super. In einer kleinen Gasse, die nur von Fußgänger und Fahrradfahrern genutzt wird. Sehr zu empfehlen ist der angebotene Parkhausstellplatz. Bad und Küche absolut neu und modern. Die Betten auch sehr gut, elektrisch verstellbar. Das Unterstellen von Fahrrädern war nicht möglich.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter: stark verbesserungswürdig!

Wenn man in einem Objekt ankommt, für das man nicht wenig bezahlt, es nicht bewohnbar ist, da Handtücher und bezogene Betten fehlen, und nur ein AB angeht, dann bedarf es keiner weiteren Erklärung.

Entzückendes Ferienhaus

Perfekt eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, das keine Wünsche offen gelassen hat. Sogar an Filtertüten, Kaffeefilter und Seife wurde gedacht. Große Leute sollten auf ihre Köpfe achten. Aber Ausstattung und Lage und auch das Wetter waren perfekt. Flensburg ist eine Reise wert!
