Die Wohnung liegt nahe einer stark befahrenen Strasse, die Fenster sind sehr schmutzig, die Wohnung hat einen feuchten Geruch, die Spülmaschine schimmelt, die Badabflüsse stinken! insgesamt stimmt das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht.
