“Wir haben die Zeit bei "Chez Mathilde" unglaublich genossen. Das Haus ist was sehr besonderes, gemütlich und hat alles was man braucht. Doch all das wäre nicht das Gleiche, wenn nicht Annie, die Gastgeberin, wäre. Sie ist einfach herzlich und unterstützt einen wo sie kann. Ganz großes Dankeschön.”

“We hebben een fantastische week gehad met onze kinderen en kleinkind. We kregen bericht dat we iets in het huis konden en werden gastvrij ontvangen. Het is een prachtig en groot huis met veel ruimte binnen en een grote en volledig omheinde tuin met veel privacy in een rustige omgeving. Een fantastisch vrij uitzicht over de velden met verwarmd zwembad. Luchtbedjes en waterspeelgoed aanwezig. Ook pingpongtafel. Ligbedjes bij het zwembad Zeer ruime slaapkamers en 2 ruime badkamers. In de kelder……

“nous avons découvert la Meuse à travers nos excursions (Bar le Duc, Commercy,. Saint Mihiel, Stenay et Verdun) chaque jour, partis à 9h, nous ne rentrons pas avant 18h pour prendre une collation dans le jardin et se rafraichir dans la piscine. La semaine est vite passée et nous avons bénéficié d'un temps ensoleillé, quelques gouttes de pluie le dernier jour! Dommage que la saison des mirabelles soit terminée!”

“Our hosts greeted us very nicely and were responsive to our messages about our arrival time and our request for information about the municipal water issue that occurred on one of the days we were there. The house is much nicer in actuality than what you see in the photos, and so is the garden. It is an old stone house with thick walls, so it was colder in the first floor of the house than outside (upstairs is cozier). The area is very interesting, we enjoyed it. When we departed, we were able……

“Le logement est bien placé pour visiter le département proche de nombreuses randonnées. Nous étions 2 adultes + 1 chien et nous avons bien cohabiter dans ce logement décoré avec goût. Les hôtes sont très agréables. Bon logement pour une semaine. Nous recommandons ce logement et cette région”

“The house was as advertised, so what you see is what you get. Until we arrived the communication was fine and the owners were waiting for us. On arrival a quick tour of the house and garden and where the brochures were. All ok so far. Then we were told that there was no WiFi available, as there was a big problem in the area with the provider. A shame but that was not really a problem, even if you consider that you phone reception isn't good either. After being in the house a little we noticed……

“Das Haus ist super für einen Kurztripp mit 3-4 Paaren. Im Ort selbst ist wenig los, es gibt aber einen Bäcker und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Als Basis für die Erkundung der Umgebung ist das Haus optimal geeignet.”

“Je connaissais déjà l'appartement et, comme toujours, tout était parfait à l'heure de mon arrivée mais, ce que je voudrais souligner c'est surtout la disponibilité de la propriétaire, c'est vraiment rassurant d'avoir une réponse immédiate de sa part à tout moment. Très recommandable !”

“We stayed with our dog in Dannevoux from 27/12 - 01-01 to escape the fireworks in Holland and we had a perfect stay. The house has really everything you need; dishwasher, washing machine, fast wifi and a comfortable bed. The house is located in a quiet village with footpads leading into the countryside and woods. Verdun and other places of interest regarding WW1 are nearby. We would love to stay again!!”

“鄰近遊客中心，參加day tour都很方便，距離火車站大約10至15分鐘步程。員工友善，房間整潔，有露台，對住條河真係好靚！酒店餐廳的法國餐很美味，一定要試！附近很多餐廳及店舖，有間中國人開的日本餐廳Miso-Sushi，老闆夫婦都很好人，建議一試。Verdun雖然細，但環境好靚，徒步遊覽行不同景點也很方便，周圍都係古蹟。”

“Very basic...why it is Budget. its a room with a shower stall and a WC. The small sink is in the bedroom. Bed was good and slept well.”
