Studio le Neptune - Appt à 100m de la plage

Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Saint pierre la mer, this beautiful air-conditioned studio at the foot of the beach, less than 100 m from the beach, with an area of 18 m² and can accommodate up to 2 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 18 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

The apartment comprises :
- An 18 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed (160x200)...
- A fully-equipped kitchen with microwave oven, hob...
- Bathroom with shower, WC

Outside :
- A 4 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The studio is ideally located in Fleury, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the free parking lot nearby.

For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful :
- Nearest train station : Narbonne SNCF station 20.5 km away (approx. 26 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport : Béziers Cap d'Agde airport 31.5 km (approx. 40 minutes by car)
