Depending on where you're coming from, your trip to Anha could be no sweat at all or it could go on forever. We've compiled some useful tips that will help you start your next great escape on the right foot. What to pack in your hand luggage:
- Flying can be a cruisy experience if you've got all the right gear. Firstly, you'll need basic toiletries, such as deodorant and a toothbrush, a clean pair of socks and a few magazines. Next, find room in your hand luggage for your electronic devices, chargers, your important medications and maybe a proper neck pillow too. Lastly, and most importantly, be sure to bring your passport, travel documents and some money.
Do not pack the following items in your hand luggage:
- Squeeze all your full-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner in your checked luggage. Any liquids or gels in your carry-on bag larger than 3.4 ounces (100 millilitres) will be confiscated by authorities. Sharp objects, like your trusty pocket knife, and dangerous goods which are explosive or flammable, such as spray paint, flares and strong acids, are also restricted.
What to wear on a flight:
- Your goal here is to feel as comfortable as you can. Go for shoes that are easy to slip on and off, dress in loose, natural-fibre clothing and remember to take a sweater in case you get cold in the cabin.
- Deep vein thrombosis (DVT), a blood clotting condition caused by prolonged inactivity, can be a risk on long-haul flights. Try to walk around the cabin or do some simple exercises in your seat to promote better circulation.
