“We loved the property! Could see the flags of Rock City from the front porch. It was in a great location, central to everything. We had pretty much everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable, as was the living room. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Only thing I would add is some sort of night stand on the other side of the bed in the master bedroom. The property owners are very kind. They even let my grandkids see the inside of their big truck, which was the highlight of their……

“The VRBO listing for this property doesn’t currently match what this property actually is. I think it has been redone and is WAY better than advertised. We went for a one night stay for my son’s birthday and both my kids loved it. The host even gathered a little gift basket for my kids as an extra Happy Birthday!! Plenty of bed space with three bedrooms (one king bed and three singles). Stand up tiled shower instead of the tub. All of the Harry Potter decorations make this stay absolutely……

Plenty of space, great gathering area with big screen TV for watching sports, and comfy beds for everyone! Communication was excellent and check in was a breeze! Wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the hot tub and beautiful backyard outdoor space but we were in a hurry. Would return!”

“the property was amazing, what a gem. So glad we stopped. The decor was top-notch and of the highest quality. I can understand why this is rated 12 year and older by the host. This was a random find for us, and I think that if the host added more pictures and details of the location they would receive much more business from LOTR fans. The scavenger hunt was a fun surprise that will stay in the families memories. If anyone knows where the wooden hare or wide-eyed owl is, let me know. It will……
