Sept. In Florence

Quiet retreat from busy city. And close to the main attractions and good restaurants. One of the best is right next door. Could have benefitted from a few directions (ie dryer, remote to get a/c back on track). Some tissues and paper towels would be a nice touch and and extra towels for a 6 night stay would be nice. Still, a good place to be.

Carapelli 7

We were promised a 3 bedroom and upon arrival only received a 1 bedroom. With a pullout. Couch. We explains the situation and told them we had it in writing. They promised to rethurn our calls but not until 5 days later when they wanted to collect daily occupancy tax . It was then charged on my credit card without my approval. Very bad situation
