“This was a perfect house for a 3 generation family with plenty of space and fantastic layout of rooms. It was so nice to have our own little bit of beach just outside the two decks without having to walk down to the shoreline. Getting to the water took a bit of navigation but that's the nature of everchanging tides of the Oregon Coast. Property Manager was very responsive to our question of TV channels since the "instructions" weren't clear on which App to use for access. The house is fully……

“We had a great time at the Y-Knot. It was a perfect landing place as we were traveling back and forth from Eugene to watch some college baseball. Great house, clean, well appointed and so close to the beach. Our lab will never be the same now that he experienced playing in the ocean. Would definitely return!”

The property was clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed including games, kitchen gadgets, and lots of spaces that encouraged togetherness. The down sides of this house were the driveway was difficult to find the first time, the water pressure absolutely sucked and the bathroom was dark, small master bathroom, and several things that are provided did not work. “We had such a wonderful stay at this property! It was probably a bit bigger than we needed with our family of 5, but we absolutely enjoyed the extra space! It rained most of the time we were in Florence, so we spent a lot of time watching movies and playing games. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. Just a short drive into town and located in a very quiet neighborhood. We had access to the lake which was within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this property on……

“Perfect vacation getaway. This was a little home away from home with so many extras included. Fully stocked kitchen, from waffle maker to blender and ice in the freezer. Washer, dryer, extra linens and blanket to ensure a cozy stay. We were right on the beach and could hear the ocean while fixing dinner then went down to put our toes in the sand with the chairs they provided! I have told family and friends about this place and will be visiting again!”

“We stayed for 3 days after Christmas. It rained most of the time but we're from the PNW so know how to have fun while dodging raindrops. We were glad our small dog was invited to join us. The place was immaculate and had everything we needed. The hosts provided a huge binder with lots of useful info. Just be aware that the wifi signal was sometimes a bit weak so occasionally my friend and I had to take turns being online. We look forward to booking again :-)”

“What a beautiful spot! Right on the water. We observed ducks, otters and a number of birds as well as numerous visits from an American Bald Eagle. As mentioned in listing there is some highway noise but we were fine. The view is great. The PM was good with communication and helpful as needed. The location was nice as we travelled from Eugene and then along the coast of Oregon. The house was very well kept. No (few) overhead lights but there are lamps. Great place! Thanks! “This is a beautiful and well-appointed beach cottage. We had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. The beds were soft and cozy, linens were high quality. The kitchen was fully stocked so that we could cook everything we needed. Tammy was really responsive and very considerate of our comfort. She's got a lovely design eye and we had the most relaxing getaway.”

“We had a wonderful stay. The cabin was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We appreciated the privacy the trees on the property provided. The bed in the loft was comfortable, but the sleeping areas provided downstairs were not ideal. A thin pad on plywood benches. A very dog friendly beach was a short walk away. Overall it was a great experience for the cost.”
