Bit disappointed trip
"Reception little bit rude, have to improve customer service and smiles are lacking. Should learn more how to smile with all customers would be good. Room air conditioning not enough. Not enough water pressure in shower room."

"Beautiful hotel, located perfectly if you want to explore history Florence by foot but don’t want to be immediately in the heart of it. We walked easily to most locations in 25-30 min. "15 minutes walking to all central tour highlights! Staff are friendly, calling Taxi for me a few times. And give directions for travel anywhere even with $$ change better rates location! Breakfast buffet is nice too! Special thanks to the front desk staff Omar for his professional service!"
