“Me and my girlfriend had a nice stay at the casita. It was very clean and had everything we needed, and it was a close drive to the Alamodome (AT&T Center). The neighborhood was a bit run down in places, but we felt plenty safe and comfortable. Our only complaint is that the bed was way too soft. We decided to remove the foam topper on it and that helped (though it was still quite soft). Other than that, it was a really nice stay. Definitely would stay again.”

“We decided on a last minute vacation and found this listing. The house looked really well taken care of in the photos. We were able to check in early which was nice especially when you have a one year old who didn’t nap the 3 hour car ride. When we arrived the house was very clean. There was 4 of us. "The location is excellent, right in the center of the Riverwalk, which is very convenient, but the service was terrible. I booked a room with two beds, but they gave me a room with only one king-size bed. We stayed for three nights, and on the first night, the water pressure was extremely low, making it almost impossible to shower. We reported the issue to customer service the next day, but the repair attempt was ineffective. We reported the problem again that evening, and only after making three phone calls after midnight did they finally address the issue. Although the water pressure improved slightly, it was still not satisfactory. We requested to change rooms, but they said all rooms were full, even though I clearly saw many available rooms on their online platform. I am a loyal Hyatt customer, and this experience was truly disappointing!"
