Cosy Studio Maisonette, 8min Walk to Valletta

  • A newly renovated bright cosy studio maisonette listed in May 2019, ideal for one to two persons. Modern amenities, A/C and free Wi-Fi. Conveniently located in Floriana, in a quiet cul de sac just off the Grand Harbour and a short stroll to Valletta.

    On entering the ground floor studio maisonette, you will find the living area: two comfortable armchairs, coffee table and flat screen android TV. Following this, you will find a comfortable king sized bed, side tables and adequately spaced wardrobe. The studio maisonette is equipped with a new and modern kitchenette including built in fridge/freezer, an induction hob, microwave/oven, kettle, toaster, pots, pans and kitchen utensils. You will also find a washing machine/ tumble dryer, steam iron and ironing board. The bathroom is adequately sized with sink and cabinet, toilet and shower. It has a small window overlooking the small outdoor area. Clean bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided. The studio maisonette is air-conditioned (cooling/heating functions) and free high-speed wireless internet is also accessible. Upon request, for the young ones, a high-chair and cot (with linen) can be provided (at no extra cost).

this property is beautiful in a traditional neighbourhood, away from busy Valletta. The towels were a bit worn and threadbare but everything else was perfect! The host is very welcoming

Great location: quiet but just a short walk to Valletta and to the central bus station. Bed was very comfortable; TV with Netflix, wifi, kitchen, AC all worked very well. The place is slightly more dated than in the photos but, other than the threadbare towels, there’s nothing to complain about. Patrick was very responsive and forthcoming with suggestions for visits and restaurants.
