Experiência péssima Experiência horrível do começo ao fim. Viemos de uma viagem longa esperando descansar, mas encontramos um hotel totalmente sem cuidados básicos de higiene. O primeiro quarto estava em condições absurdas: – Cama mofada – Banheiro extremamente sujo e nojento – Cortina do quarto toda ensebada – Toalhas encardidas – Telefone não funcionava – Ar-condicionado não funcionava Fomos reclamar na recepção e o atendimento foi de total descaso, fizeram pouco caso da situação. Após muita insistência, nos trocaram de quarto, porém o segundo quarto estava praticamente na mesma nojeira, sem nenhuma solução real. O que é anunciado não corresponde em nada à realidade. As fotos do anúncio mostram uma coisa, mas ao chegar o choque é total. Falta higiene, manutenção e respeito com o hóspede. Não indico para ninguém experiência péssima,absurda e revoltante. Nunca mais volto.muita insi

Horrível , pior hotel do Brasil. Sujo, tudo muito sujo, quarto encardido, colchão e travesseiros mofados, toalhas de banho encardidas, baratas andando no hall. Ar condicionado velho, barulhento, pingando no quarto, tivemos que usar toalhas para conter a água e não se espalhar no quarto todo. Frigobar e banheiro encardidos. Café da manhã decepcionante, poucos itens, pães velhos, não havia reposição de alimentos e nem de xícaras e talheres. Elevador muito velho e sem manutenção.

Não me incômodo com locais simples, mas sujos não. A sensação que tive é que este estabelecimento abandonado pelos donos. Interfones que não funcionam, tivemos que ir a recepção pedir toalhas, levou quase 30min para sermos atendidos; falta de papel higiênico. Mas a cereja do bolo foram as baratas desfilando pelo quarto durante a noite. Lamentável, pois a localização é ótima.

Quarto com as paredes sujas, cortinas sujas, no site mostrava varanda no apto e não há, no site não faz distinção. Café da manhã ruim, tem poucas opções, tudo bem, até mesmo pelo valor, porém o gosto da salsicha era ruim e do pão de forma tb. Quando fui utilizar o banheiro não saia água nas torneiras, e o chuveiro pingava água durante toda hospedagem, jamais imaginaria que o registro de água estaria fechado, e o registro fica dentro do box, até depois de algum tempo eu localizar e verificar que estava fechado. Funcionários educados. Minha vontade era de retirar as cortinas e levar para uma laudrexpress. Boa localização.
