Quarto sujo, móveis quebrados, descarga quebrada, janela com vidro solto, muita poeira, devia fazer semanas que ninguém varria em baixo da cama, encontrei várias garrafas plásticas em baixo da cama, cochas de pessima qualidade e deviam fazer anos que não eram lavadas, voltei doente

Péssimo hotel. O quarto estava com cheiro de mofo e muita poeira. A cama era velha e fazia barulho. O chuveiro não esquentava, saía pouca água e depois ficava pingando o tempo inteiro.

O Hotel está bem localizado, estacionamento e elevador, café da manhã ok, atendimento pelos funcionários muito bom, apenas a cama como são módulos separados se move e fica uma folga no meio, mas de boas! Problema mesmo é a água quente que não chega nunca e acaba que tem que tomar banho frio...horrível! Mas fora isso o resto bem de boas!

Eu tive uma péssima experiência. Chuveiro gelado no apartamento 207. Demora na resolução do problema, troca de quarto depois de briga. Não estao preparados para a tender ao público Hotéis.com - eu descredenciar ia este hotel. Péssimo não recomendo a não ser que goste de banho frio e atendimento horrível para resolver um problema do próprio hotel.

Hotel em péssimas condições, no primeiro dia não tinha toalhas para banho, foi disponibilizada após as 18hs após muitas solicitações, chuveiro não estava aquecendo devido o registro de água quente estar quebrado, hotel não tinha disponibilidade de recolocação em quarto, só consegui trocar de quarto no dia seguinte, equipe despreparada, lençóis sujo, o gesso do banheiro estava caindo, enfim, péssima experiência….Nao recomendo!
