“Clean app and nice communication host”

“No complaints at all - we have stayed at the Galleon before and this is an excellent unit with a recent refurb and an owner who was great at communicating. We like E block for the marina view. The mezzanine worked well - there is a bathroom and a bedroom up there with a further bed on the mezzanine balcony. There are no blinds or curtains on the mezzanine windows which was fine in March but might be a challenge in the summer with an earlier dawn! We had a great stay. ”

“The previous tenant had left some rotten food in the refrigerator. I contacted the owner and she took prompt action to remedy the situation by purchasing a new refrigerator. Althugh it did not make it during our stay, I was very impressed with the owner's action to insure our stay was as comfortable as it should be. I highly recommend this place and the value she offers. Will definitely stay there in the future.”

“This was a super relaxing family friendly Vrbo. It was especially nice to have covered parking. Also it was a nice surprise that the washer and dryer was in the unit.When we had questions about the Vrbo the host answered them in a timely manner. What a great place.”

“The saying, "you get what you pay for" definitely applies to this property. Pictures were deceiving because: 1. the living room chairs were dirty, 2. master bedroom carpet was stained, 3. master bedroom ceiling fan made a lot of noise if it weren't on the lowest setting, 4. kitchen sink facet was not adhered properly to sink, and 5. we had not checked out of the place and the maintain man opened the door and came in when my daughter was there!!! Would not recommend this place at all?”

“Never got pool code, had to find this out from people at the pool. Outlets at sink/Island don’t work despite being gfi. And using the sink fills up the bottom of the dishwasher to the point you have to run dishwasher to get rid of water. These are suggestions not complaints. Enjoyed being in key west. Would be nice to let people know you are near airport for noise reasons,Got use to it”

“The space was clean, free of clutter, and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed the setup and overall comfort. We were also very appreciative of the early check in. Our only complaint is that communication dropped off after check-in. Before arrival, the host was very responsive, but once we checked in, our messages went unanswered. We reached out about parking with no reply, and the following day we asked where the kayak paddles were located but never received a response. Because of this, we……
