「Everything was extremely efficient both with check in and check out processes. The condo was clean and the property in general was in tip top shape. The pool was great and my kids caught a lot of fish in the marina. I would highly recommend. We did not have any issues, but if we would have I feel that the 」

「The stay at Parrot Bay was excellent. Plenty of room the location is close enough to all the night life but far enough to maintain tranquility! The property has all of the amenities you could desire. The beds however, could use a little upgrading. Loud squeaky frame and a dip in the mattress. If you are a picky about you sleep this may be difficult for you. 」

Our hosts communicated wonderfully and were easy to get a hold of. 「The condo was great! Very relaxing atmosphere, nice pool and bar. Phil had everything we needed and then some. There's even 2 fans in the closet which was perfect, because we like to sleep with a fan on. Nestled in a excellent location to everything we planned on doing. We will definitely be returning.」

「This condo was everything we needed. Lots of space, bug comfy beds, hreat shower and the pool at the complex was great in the late afternoon after a day exploring the upper keys. There were works going on at the conplex when we were there which took the edge off things as 9am drilling on Monday morning wasnt welcome but I only knocked 1 star off - otherwise wouldnt hesitate to recommend!」
