“I have yet to speak to the owner due to the same woman being present since checking in. I booked and paid for my room when I arrived and gave her my information to pull up my reservation ,as I’ve done several times through out the years, I was told I just made a reservation which was false because I paid online including the protection fee. She then told me to pay / insert my card to pay AGAIN! SHE THEN TOLD ME IT DIDNT WORK, mind you the screen in front of me was blank so I couldn’t even verify ……
